Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
(Ephesians 1:3)

"Too blessed to be stressed" is an idiom used to downplay or shift focus from one's feelings of stress by instead considering all that one has to be grateful for (The Fee dictionary). It is a way of looking at your life from a macro perspective and remembering to be thankful for what you have.God has Blessed believers with every spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus. The Blessed God, blesses believers with spiritual blessings. Paul doesn't say that God "will bless us."

He says that God has blessed us already. God has already chosen us and adopted us . By grace we have received redemption and the forgiveness of sins. We have been blessed by every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm!

Even though the blessings are available, we must "reach out" and take them by faith. In other words, we must appropriate by faith what has been given out. If we do not exercise faith, we shall receive nothing. Matthew 17:20b tell us, ... If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Further readings:

Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
(Habakkuk 2:4)

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
(Matthew 7:7-11)

Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
(Mark 11:24)
